This is kind of a new thing for me... I've only painted a few peoples rooms so far, and most of them have been cute cartoons and stuff.. I dont have photos of all of them, but its pretty fun to do them, so here is what I got for pictures right now.

TAB Tree Mural Complete!
This one was painted in the loft, there is a little loft/fort thing the kids can hangout in, they wanted a big tree and some clouds, someone had already done some clouds before, but we altered them a little bit. This was done by kids 6-8 years old, and myself.....( I did a lot of this one myself)

This one actually took some time, they did the tree, then all the branches....
Then they did all of the leaves and the grass.
After looking at the end result, we went a different direction, we were on limited time so i took over and finished it up...the kids love the result.

TAB Doll Garden Mural Complete!
This one was mostly for the girls, they wanted some flowers, a doll, a house, butterfly,, etc.... I sketched it out for them and let them go to town on it, this one was kids 5-8 years old..

I had them start out by painting the background a nice sky color, then we starte adding flowers.
Then we started workin on the ground, the house, and the doll.
I cleaned up the stems and added some lines and details, the end result is very cute.

TAB Dragon Vampire Mural Complete!
I was back at TAB working with the youth for the summer, I was wanting to give them a sense of ownership and something to be proud of. I sat them down and we started making a list of things they would like to have in their room. I sketched it on the wall with a pencil and gave them all painting shirts and brushes! This is the first complete mural done By Kids 4 Kids! Check it out, they did great!

This first one is pretty simple, a dragon and a vampire, the kids that painted it are 6-8 years old.
They did a really good job staying in the lines, I was impressed, the kids doing the dragon got a little bored...
After they were done I cleaneed it up and did the lines... Great work guys!

David's Room
This is Davids Room - we sat down and drew it up together,he wanted some aliens and skateboards
We experimented with some glow in the dark paint on his room, I think it turned out well, here is the sketch followed by the painting...

(scroll over image to see glow in the dark)

It was a three panel wall with 45 degree angles, too big to get it all in one shot, here is a shot of each section, kind of wraps around half of the room
here is some detail shots, and one for scale

This was a really fun one to do, I don't know if I'll be able to get any good glow in the dark shots
Spare Room!-Work In Progress
This is what i've been working on in my guest room. So far I've spent two days on it. I wanted to do something on a pure white wall with black paint, I didn't sketch anything out I just went straight for a brush, so it's taking a little longer cause I have to be a little more careful with my decisions. Here is a whole shot of the wall I'm working on.
Here's a shot for some size comparison.
Its kind of hard to get a shot of the whole wall cause its so big.

This is a fun one, its kind of nice to just go with the flow and paint on the wall. I'll upload more pics when I get them
Sullivan Bathroom
This is the Sullivan bathroom - some simple cute sea creatures..
I start out with a "rough draft."
So.. on the left is the main wall
on the right is a fish that will go over the toilet.
They wanted the images on the main wall flipped so that the octopus wasnt behind the door.
The main wall turned out pretty good, but I think my favorite part is the fish over the toilet.
hey... my phone takes pretty good pics.. lol....
I added a few things like seaweed and coral, and they asked for a jellyfish too...

I like the way it turned out, it was really fun and the kids loved it!
Sad to say, thats really the only rooms I've remembered to take photos of, thanks to my new camera phone...
Here are a few more walls I've done.
The fish and octopus are from the preschool i used to work at, the car was done in a kids room over the bed

I have done a few more, but I always forget to take pictures of them
The Next room is My Babies Room!!
I'm really excited for that one, but I'm still sketchin it out,
we kind of want to know if we are having a boy or a girl before I paint it...
